E-powered RC Hobbies is the sole owner of the information collected on our site from our visitors. We will not sell, share or rent this information to others. When visitors or site members send email inquiries to us the return address is used to answer these emails. In addition, information such as name, address, email and other relevant information is collected upon placing an order with E-powered RC Hobbies. The information collected from both of these actions is used strictly by to provide service and will not be used for any other purpose.

E-powered RC  Hobbies uses IP addresses to analyze trends, track visitor movement throughout the site as well as gather broad demographic information for statistical use. None of these pieces are linked to personally identifiable information.

Security 
E-powered RC  Hobbies takes every precaution necessary to protect information that you provide us with. When our order form asks visitors to enter senstitive information, such as telephone or credit card numbers, this information is encrypted and is protected with secure socket layers (SSL). While on any of these secure pages, such as our order form, the lock icon on the bottom of your web browser becomes locked, indicating a safe connection, where important information can be transmitted without worrry.

If for any reason we need to change our privacy statement, we will post these changes on our web site so that our visitors are always aware of what information we collect and how we use it.

SHIPPING

All shipping will be USPS

US shipping Lower 48 ONLY! (If outside of US buys an item, money will be returned to your account)

If ordered on the weekend(sat and sun) or holidays, orders will be shipped next business day.

Since I live in a small town I am only able to offer United States Postal Service as my shipping service. All items generally ship within 24 hours of receiving your order Monday - Friday. If you our purchasing one of my services that requires you to send you helicopter to me I will contact you with shipping information as soon as I noticed you placed the order. Once again feel free to message me before making your purchase.

RETURNS

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase here at epoweredrchobbies.com. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you may return the items with receipt within 7 days of receiving them for an exchange or refund. Items must be in it's original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Sorry, shipping costs will not be refunded. Please contact us before returning any items.
